How to Check Your Purchase Orders or Tickets on ConfSpot

ConfSpot makes it easy to keep track of your event tickets and orders. Follow this guide to check your purchases and download your invoices or tickets.

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

  • Visit the ConfSpot homepage and click on the menu bar at the top-right corner.
  • Select Profile and log in using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Orders

  • Once logged in, go to your Profile.
  • Click on Orders to access your purchase history.

Step 3: View Your Order Status

  • In the Orders section, you will see a list of your purchases, categorized as:
    • Completed Orders – Successfully processed and confirmed.
    • Processing Orders – Currently being handled.
    • Pending Orders – Awaiting confirmation or payment.
    • Failed Orders – Orders that did not go through.

Step 4: Download Invoices or Tickets

  • For completed orders, you can download invoices or access your event tickets directly from the Orders section.
