How to Access and Use the Ticket Scanner on ConfSpot

Easily access and use the ConfSpot Ticket Scanner for seamless event check-ins. Learn how to generate a QR code, share the scanning link, and ensure only authorized admins can check in attendees. Streamline your event registration process today!

  1. Log in to ConfSpot – Sign in to your account and switch to “Organiser” to access the Organiser dashboard.
  2. Open the Ticket Scanner – Click on “Ticket Scanner” tab to open the scanner page.
  3. Share the QR Code Scanner Link – A new page will open with a QR Code scanner. Copy the URL from the browser’s address bar and share it with team members using a mobile phone for scanning and check-in.
  4. Important: Ensure that all users responsible for checking in attendees are logged in with the Event Administrator’s registered ConfSpot email, as only the Event Administrator has scanning privileges.
